Welcome to junniecoffeework.com.au (the site) and please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site.
Junnie Coffee Workshop, hereinafter referred to as Junnie Coffee.
By using this website, you are accepting all the terms of this disclaimer notice. As such, your use of our site constitutes your consent to follow and be bound by these terms. You should read these terms of uses and the privacy policy carefully before using this website.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Shipping & Delivery (Within Australia)
​Australia delivery is available to all areas via a third party logistic company chosen by Junnie Coffee Roasters.
COFFEE ORDERS: To ensure the freshness of your coffee orders PLEASE NOTE : WE ROAST WEEKLY ON A TUESDAY. Orders received by 12pm Monday before our roast day will be processed that week. Orders placed after 12pm Monday will be included in the following weeks production schedule. If you have any questions about the scheduled roast date of your order, please contact us at junniecoffeeworkshop@gmail.com
NON COFFEE ORDERS: Junnie Coffee posts all other orders as near to practicable within three working days of order placement.
POSTAGE FEE AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES: Postage and handling charges will vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before the checkout.
The default postage service is Australia Post; Regular Parcel Post. Express Parcel Post is also available for selection, postage fee will be calculated at the check out.
For regular parcel post, in most cases, your delivery will arrive within 5 working days of the postage date. 
Please contact us at junniecoffeeworkshop@gmail.com for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order dispatch. We reserve the right to choose our preferred courier at any time, which may also depend on the location of the delivery.
Shipping & Delivery (Outside Australia)
​If you would like to order items to be delivered outside of Australia, please email us at junniecoffeeworkshop@gmail.com for a quote on shipping and an estimated delivery time.
Incorrect addresses, Lost Deliveries
In the event that an incorrect address was keyed in at the checkout, Junnie Coffee is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If the parcel can-not be returned or redirected, Junnie Coffee is not obliged to resend or replace the item. If there is a delivery delay caused by third party logistic company, Junnie Coffee Roasters will not automatically reissue an order. Late delivery is not reason for an order cancellation or refund. Replacement is at the discretion of Junnie Coffee.
Returns & Refunds
​Consumable goods: We make every effort to manage and continuously improve the quality of our consumable products through our quality control process. If you are unsatisfied with any consumable purchase you have made from the site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page or email junniecoffeeworkshop@gmail.com to discuss your replacement or credit note options.
Please note, requests for returns must be raised with us within 14 days of shipment date, subject to proof of purchase date and price. At the time of contact, please provide your name, order number, date of purchase, description of goods, reason for return request.
Non consumable goods: If you are not 100% satisfied with any equipment purchased from the website, please refer to the warranty set out on each individual product/Company website. For Example, French Press are covered by Bombora warranty. If goods received have been wrongly described and are different to the product displayed on the website you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
Please note:
· All merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
· All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the sender. Junnie Coffee will not cover return postage costs.
Refunds if made are made only by electronic funds transfer, back to the original payment method/account. It is not practicable for cash refunds to be made.
Workshop and Courses
​In the event that a workshop or training event cannot take place on the advertised date or time, we will notify participants and make arrangements to reschedule the event. If an event is cancelled and a rescheduled date/time is not made, participants will be offered a full refund. If the participant cannot attend a confirmed time, they must give Junnie Coffee at least 48hrs prior notice, Junnie Coffee will attempt to transfer their appointment to another date/time. If a participant doesn’t attend their confirmed workshop, or less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given to Junnie Coffee, please note that automatic refunds will not be provided.
Customer Service
Junnie Coffee is here to support our customers. Some products listed on our website are bespoke items and may not be available in large volumes. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We pack and ship all orders within three business working days of purchase. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will endeavour to notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Errors and problems
​From time to time there may be information on the Junnie Coffee site or in any coffee journal literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by Junnie Coffee that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability or otherwise.
Junnie Coffee may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Junnie Coffee will not incur any liability for any incorrect information which appears on the Junnie Coffee website or in any other document or information issued by Junnie Coffee and to any changes and/or updates thereof howsoever arising and you release Junnie Coffee from any liability for any damages, costs and expenses suffered or incurred by you or your Officers, servants, agents, employees and contractors arising therefrom.
Disclaimer of Warranties
​Junnie Coffee products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above. The Junnie Coffee website and all contents of this Site are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or as to encumbrances.
You agree that your use of Junnie Coffee’s website is at your sole risk and that you are responsible for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of Junnie Coffee’s website, and that Junnie Coffee shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site and/or arising therefrom.
Limited Liability
​If Junnie Coffee Roasters is found responsible for any damages, Junnie Coffee Roasters is responsible for actual damages only. In no event shall Junnie Coffee Roasters be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the website.
